Happy New Year!

Yes, it has been a while since I have blogged. Fall is always a crazy season for portraits, and I had to let a few things go to stay on top of everything. But the new year is here, and I am back to blogging. This year, I plan to blog about once or twice a week. So come visit often I have a few changes planned at Emily Jane Photography in 2010. I have been working on setting up a studio in my home, and everything should be ready in the next few weeks. It’s not necessarily my dream studio space, but it works for now! In the next couple of weeks, I will be updating the website with all new images, and I’ll be including some taken in the studio, so you can have an idea of what to expect from a studio session. Of course I will still do sessions outside, and in client’s homes, but the studio will offer another option, especially when the weather is cold or rainy. The other change for 2010 is that I am adjusting my schedule slightly to better work around my family. Portrait sessions will be available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. I think that’s all the news for now. And because I haven’t shared an image in FOREVER….here’s a cute little guy from one of my last sessions in 2009.
